The u444 Platform operates in PKR as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. u444 reserves the right to adjust conversion rates in line with market conditions.
Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the u444 KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the u444 account holder.
u444 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. u444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit u444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
u444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
